  Deep cleaning to be done by client prior to our services. We use a Ultra-Low Volume mister to convey the disinfectant to the entire space being treated. Surfaces such as doors and handles that are frequently touched by people will be swabbed with disinfectant. Post our disinfection, the treated premises should bar entry for one hour to allow contact time for the disinfectant.

  We recommend that entry of infected persons and objects be regulated to the treated premises to avoid reinfection by such instance.

Removing the stains from floors, wash basins, urinal pots in the toilet, w.c. and toilet walls.

  In the course of general shift (full time cleaning) the personnel retained back will pay high concentration to the cleaning of entrance,corridors,pantory, toilets, washrooms, glass doors, glass fixtures , lobby and other housekeeoing jobs.

• Housekeeping Material :
  

  The Cleaning material will be supplied by Us. We use good quality & hygenic material.We will supply the entire cleaning material if required. We use hygiene The material will be properly stocked and periodically replenished. We will use quality material.

• Machinery & Equipment :
  

  Carpet Maintenance :

  The Company has at its disposal its own heavy vacuum and carpet mechanical shampooing machine. These services are carried out by our qualified and devote proffessionals with special cleaning chemicals.

  Vacuum Machines :

  The Company has at its disposal heavy duty dry and wet vacuum machines for dry cleaning of the carpets and uoholstery.

  Upholstery Cleaning:

  We undertake vacuuming and shampooing / dry cleaning of the office upholstery.

  Venetian Blinds :

  For periodic maintaenance

  Floor Maintenance :

  Scrubbing stripping and mirror polishing jobs of the office floors.

• Statuatory Obligation :
  

  Company is registered under the E.S.I.C. act and E.P.F. act and would comply by other Legal Formalities.

• Garden, Indoor Palnts & Flower Arrangements :
  

  Garden :

  We undertake landscaping and garden development work of our sites. Annual maintenance contract for maintaining of the garden after developments is also undertaken by us.

  Indoor Plants :

  We shall provide and maintai ornamental indoor plants of various sizes and types on rental basis. These plants will be changed every fortnightly. Containers for holding of these potted plants can also be arranged by us and supervise the maintenance frequently.
